Spring is HERE!
Ranunculus are popping up at the farmer’s market, and cherry blossoms are coming in on the trees! I’m not sure if it’s the symbolism of the season, a lingering glow from a girls’ trip to Laguna, or something shifting within me (a psychic told me this is a very fortuitous time!!), but I feel like life is fully in bloom again.
And I’ve been indulging in all the beauty I possibly can! Trusting in the possibility of new beginnings! Worshipping at the altar of sheer pink manicures! Blasting Ariana and praying A.G. Cook releases an official “We Can’t Be Friends” remix! I’m writing in my silly journal (when I remember) and, more importantly, making time for daydreaming and scheming.
I’ve been pulling out all my daintiest pointelle, and scouring the internet for adult-sized bunny slippers (heavily inspired by the ones my mother-in-law gave my 2-year-old niece in her Easter basket). After dozens of truly bizarre search queries, I have yet to find a suitable pair, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to make them myself. And if a sudden, deeply felt calling to design bunny slippers doesn’t say “spring,” I’m not sure I understand what this season is about anyway.
Pure, divine feminine nonsense. Let’s dive into it.
Hai — Silks! Lace! Everyday impracticalities! A brand that understands how to be prissy without being fussy. The stuff every girl’s dreams are made of. I’m particularly obsessed with this baby pink farmer’s market silk tote (out of stock on their site but available still on Garmentory!).
Chocolove Peanut Butter Eggs — If you haven’t been eating these all month… I’m not sure where you’ve been, but I can assure you it’s not too late to start.
DÔEN Teresa Cardigan — If I had this cardigan I would wear it every day of every spring forever. Sue me! It’s so cute!
TOTEME Jersey Maxi — Back in 2018 Harling Ross introduced us to “stick of butter” dressing and it hasn’t left my mind since.
Susan Alexandra Glitter Critter Bag Charms — Every girl needs one of these for her keychain. I got the goat on my last trip to New York and it makes me happy every time I see it.
MERIT Cream Blush — I’ve been slowly but surely collecting these MERIT blushes one by one. I’m currently eyeing “Stockholm” in this perfect bubblegum pink. If you buy one thing from this newsletter, make it one of these blushes!! You won’t regret it!!
Pretties Pointelle Set — Pretties is the OG when it comes to pointelle baby tees. This pink merino wool set is TO DIE FOR. Transitional dressing also applies to pajamas!! These are the perfect balance of springy but still cozy for chilly mornings. I miss their store in Venice all the time.
Mansur Gavriel Dream Ballet Flats — If you buy a second thing from this newsletter, make it THESE! These timeless, classic glove flats have coverage that doesn’t feel too dainty or read overtly “ballet flat.” I bought the “Degas Blue” a few years ago and wear (and get complimented on!) them all the time. I’m actually obsessed with every single color.
SPRING’S HOTTEST READ! — “Deadpan, dark, and brutally funny, Worry is a sharp portrait of two sisters enduring a dread-filled American moment.” Need we say more! Happy publishing week to friend of the pod Alexandra Tanner!! I have my copy on reserve and I’m picking it up today!
Rose Essence — I once got in a deep TikTok hole about how roses have the highest vibrational frequency of all plants. Put a few drops of this tincture in your tea, under your tongue, or on your wrists or feet and I swear, you can FEEL IT!

And before I go, I’ll leave you with one final thing.
Andy Warhol’s, FOOT WITH STRAWBERRIES. Possibly the coolest Andy Warhol you could buy. For sale here.
LOVE YA! ♡
