I'm back!

And making chili! A cozy end to the week! I know this is an incredibly lame thing to send out on a Friday night but I was too excited to wait to share my re-invigorated TinyLetter! I read a while ago that TinyLetter was not long for the world, so I switched over to Substack… where we are now! Thanks for still being here.

Jack is upstairs “gaming with the boys” and the Instant Pot is hissing away (never not slightly unnerving). Realized a min ago that I bought the wrong type of cheese at Gelsons - meant to grab sharp cheddar but instead got smoked cheddar. I think it should be fine??? Making a modification of this NYT recipe (minus literally…. all the insane additions subbed with fresh oregano and Frontier Co-op Chili Powder). Topped with avocado, obvi!

Anyway. It’s 2020 folks and we’re live!
